01 Service area
We deliver and install in Ho Chi Minh City and neighbouring provinces. Other locations are possible by agreement.
02 Schedule
Delivery dates are confirmed in your quotation. Made-to-measure furniture has a production lead time that starts once drawings and finishes are approved.
03 Site readiness
Before installation the site should be dry and secure, with level subfloors, finished walls and power available. Floors and walls must be within the moisture limits advised by our consultant.
04 Receiving goods
Please check quantities and condition on delivery and note any issue on the delivery note before signing.
05 Installation & handover
Installation is carried out by trained crews. At handover we inspect the work with you, sign an acceptance record and explain how to care for each material.
06 Costs
Delivery and installation costs are itemised in your quotation, so you know the full price before you confirm.
