When you send a request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the products or collections you are interested in, your message and preferred contact time. For project enquiries we also collect the company or project name, project type and estimated scale.
We also record the page the request was sent from and any campaign parameters in the link, so we know which information you were reading.
03 How we use it
Your data is used to contact you about your request: providing advice and quotations, arranging site surveys or sample visits, and following up on your project. We do not sell or rent personal data.
